Our Balsam Fir trees are grown in the heart of the Christmas Tree capital of the world: Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia.

#1 - Heavy Density Trees
Trees in this grade have 80% to 100% of the stem covered and have four complete faces. These trees have no more than one minor defect.

#2 - Medium Density Trees
Trees in this grade have 60% to 80% of the stem uniformly covered, have four complete faces and no more than two minor defects.
This medium density grade is popular with the price conscious, yet quality concerned, customer.

#3 - Light Density Trees
Light density Trees have 40% to 60% of the stem covered with at least three complete faces and no more than two minor defects.
